Built From Real Restoration Work — Not Theory
I built RAiS (pronounced rise) after years of working in restoration — as a technician, crew lead, estimator, and manager. I watched good teams lose time to scattered notes, missed scope details, and back-and-forth with carriers.
After a job, creating a complete mitigation scope often means reviewing photos, rechecking measurements, reconciling notes, and answering carrier questions. The result is lost time, revisions, and friction that should have been avoidable. It is not because the team lacks skill. It is because the documentation process is complex, fragmented, and constrained by the tools most crews are given.
RAiS was built to change that. It gives restoration teams a structured way to capture job details, organize field notes, and produce clear, professional scopes — while keeping the decision-making where it belongs: with the people doing the work.
Job data stays encrypted and is never used to train external AI models.
This is why I built RAiS.
