Transactional Communications
By using the Service, you agree that ProRestoration.ai may send transactional communications, including but not limited to:

- Job-related notifications initiated by authorized users
- Secure links to job documents (e.g., Daily Job Summaries, Scope Sheets)
We do not send marketing or promotional emails or text messages.
SMS Communications
If you provide a mobile number or request SMS support, you consent to receive transactional SMS/MMS messages, which may include:
- Missed-call follow-ups or voicemail acknowledgements
- Scheduling or coordination messages
- Secure delivery notifications for job documents
Message frequency varies based on your interactions (typically 1–3 messages per interaction).

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
